No amount will be charged if the cancellation is made with a minimum of 15 DAYS before the day of entry to the hotel (local hotel time). If the cancellation is made during the 14 days prior to the day of entry, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the client cancels their reservation during the 6 days prior to their stay or does not show up at the hotel, they will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay. In the case of unforeseen departures, the total for the entire stay will be invoiced.
